Payment – Gracious Bee Solutions Debit Card

I accept payment via a “Gracious Bee Solutions Debit Card.” You go to my website and purchase your Gracious Bee Solutions Debit Card via credit card. You purchase the number of hours you want up-front (minimum of 5 hours) and use it at whatever pace and for whatever Virtual Assistant and Virtual Paralegal Services you like. You have three months to use the number of hours purchased. Payment signals to me that you are ready to get started. My website will automatically send you a paid invoice once you purchase or add more time to the Gracious Bee Solutions Debit Card.

Billing

For attorneys, I will send a monthly, detailed statement detailing the work completed and the amount of time worked on each item for your invoicing purposes. Other payment terms as agreed upon an individual basis.

Expiration of Hours

You have three months from the date of purchase to utilize your hours, or they will expire.
